Eligibility for Returns
You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be returned in original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.
Exceptions
Opened or used products may not be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons. Certain promotional or discounted items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for returns. Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
